The minimum package includes basic on site services such as photography and detailed descriptions and unique web page designed and deployed on our servers. Minimum On-site Package is $500. Average video walk though (3 to 5 minutes) with Youtube deployment and webpage embed add about $500.00

Complex Project with extensive video 8 to 16 minutes (or more), more digital photos, web gallery, info pop ups on video, added graphics $1,000.00 to $2,500.00.

Rates and Costs:
Without knowing all the specifics of a Videoyourhouse.com project, IE. size of the house, travel time involved, site video shoot time involved, occupied or vacant, POWER ON, separate digital photos with photoshop work, web gallery, develop hosted web space, and post upload annotations (pop ups on Youtube), you write it, we write it all, it is difficult to estimate the cost of a completed presentation for your property.

Please think carefully about the project to get a accurate estimate. Or simply determine a budget you want to work with and we can take it from there, either way.

Our working hourly rates are as follows: Travel time $30 per hr, one hr. min. Shooting $60 Post production, web space development, $75 custom graphics $100 one hr min.
Consumables such as tape stock are included in basic package.

Special scripted voice-overs, talent, stock music and special effects are not included in the basic hourly rates. Finished video projects should be about $85 to $125 per finished minute depending on the level of detail presented and the complexity of the project logistics.

As a comparison, if you google what is the Average Training Video Cost Per Minute, you’ll find a base rate of $1,000 to $3,000 per finished minute. Do the math, our rates are about one-tenth to one-thirtyth of training video rates, and we give you YouTube, world-wide 24/7/365 exposure!
